Thank you for shopping with us. Because many of our pieces are custom made, please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time
All of our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship across Canada. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Quebec: 1–3 business days

  • Ontario: 2–5 business days

  • Other Canadian provinces: 3–7 business days

Shipping to the United States
We offer shipping to the United States.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 5–10 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and customs processing.

International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
